Organization

The programme is steered by the Task Force, which represents 42 participating countries through their ministries and National Focal Centres. The Lead Country installs the Chairperson and maintains the Programme Co-ordinating Centre (PCC) of ICP Forests. While Expert Panels work on a standardized monitoring in the different surveys, the Committees look at quality assurance and scientific progress across surveys and topics. The Chairperson, the PCC and the Chairs and Co-Chairs of the different Expert Panels and Committees form the Programme Co-coordinating Group.
